I decided to telephone my order in as I prefer to speak to someone when using a website for the first time. I found the staff very efficient, helpful and friendly.
I ordered my recliner Monday morning and received it Tuesday at noon; It took me longer than that to chooose the recliner.
I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. Why would I want to go anywhere else.

I am very impressed by the quick service.
I only put the order in on Friday at 19.00 and my recliner was delivered today Tuesday at 14.30. There was no delivery charge asked for and the price stated on your web site was all I had to pay. The chair is of good quality and looks just like the one advertised.
I would nor hesitate to recommend you to my friends or anybody else who was looking for a reclining chair. The model I ordered was the premier MARS swivel recliner in Cream.
Thank you for the easiest piece of furniture I have ever purchased.

Incredibly quick service! I ordered by phone midday and the chair arrived miday the next day.
Customer service very friendly and helpful.
Quality and price cannot be matched.The Avanti is advertised as a small chair but I can assure you it looks like a normal sized chair. Exceedingly comfortable, well padded and looks good.
