We use a one man carrier service who will deliver to the door of the property/building only. If you live in a flat or apartment above the ground floor the item will only be delivered to the door of the building - not to the door of your flat/apartment. Please ensure someone is on hand to assist the driver. Occasionally with our larger chairs, the box may not fit through a standard doorway so additional assistance is recommended. All deliveries require a signature. |
